Performance and security and maintenance

Our team will be upgrading several components in order to apply security patches and fix intermittent issues with NGINX. Several services will need to be restarted. As a result, some sites may be unavailable while they are migrated, an operation which should take less than two minutes per site in most cases. It is possible than some sites may need to be migrated more than once as we stabilize the network after performing rolling updates.
